The International Standardization Organisation (ISO) published new guidelines to promote safe manufacturing and production of all cosmetic products under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). ISO 22716 sets organizational criteria for the quality throughout the various stages of manufacturing, including the purchase of raw materials, components, and packaging material.
