Payment and Refund Policy

Payment policy

Only valid payment methods acceptable to IMSM may be used, for services provided and all refunds will be credited back through the same manner.
Concerning any payments by credit card or electronic funds transfer, by signing the client agreement, you authorise us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, and any amounts agreed) to your credit card or account.
Taxes will be adjusted from the amount shown on the invoices, which may be caused by several factors, including variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates.
An invoice will be sent no later than 10 days before amounts are due.
Any increase of the annual surveillance fee shall not occur more often than once in any twelve (12) consecutive month period.

Refund policy

Once requested by you, IMSM will charge your account or credit card the amount agreed upon under the executed contract, or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
If a project is delayed at the request of the client, due to the client’s internal processes, IMSM will not be responsible for any costs incurred by this delay, any fees or damages will stand with the client unless agreed in writing at the time or delay by the client.
IMSM does not offer any refund for the services delivered once agreed by the customer.
Cancellation policy for New Implementation Service: If the appointment is cancelled within one working day you will be charged $1500 and within two working days you will be charged $750. This needs to be paid within seven days of the invoice date.
Cancellation policy for Annual Audit: If the appointment is cancelled within one working day the full audit fee will be charged and within two working days half the audit fee will be charged. This needs to be paid before a certificate is awarded.

Changes to payment and refund policy
We reserve the right to change this payment, refunds policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.
