Richard is one of IMSM's top award-winning Business Managers and has been with the company for more than ten years. As well as looking after customers in the West Midlands, (England), Richard is also Area Manager forthe Midwest and East Coast of the USA. Richard is also an active member of the British American Council.

He says: " Being a successful business manager is a combination of good research, common sense, confidence and the ability to get on well with client companies."

Geoff joined IMSM in 1998, following a career in sales and marketing in the IT sector. Based in Surrey, he focuses on clients in the southern M25 belt. His logical approach and managerial experience enable him to understand customers' needs and help them to evaluate the benefits of ISO9000 and ISO 14000.

Scott joined IMSM ten years ago. Based in Chicago he manages a team covering the Mid-West. Scott has a great deal of knowledge in the quality field, and coupled with his wealth of sales experience ensures that IMSM continues to go from strength to strength.

Since 1999, James Goldstein a Regional Manager for International Management Systems Marketing, Inc. has run a highly successful team of Area Managers in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, California and Puerto Rico. James holds a Doctorate in Business Management from Concordia University and has authored numerous articles on quality management. He has lectured at many colleges and universities including Wharton and Hofstra and has taught distributive education in NYC High School.

James has an extensive career in business and has held the position of President of Variety Entertainment (a division of Phoenix Industries which is publicly held) as well as running his own very successful distribution and logistics company.

James has worked with over 300 local firms helping them to attain ISO 9000, 14000, 13485, and AS9100 Registration. He is an IRCA Certified ISO 9000 Training Lead Auditor and holds an ISO 14000 Training Certificate.
