IMSM was founded in the UK in 1994, it has helped more than 5000
companies worldwide to achieve ISO and other industry specific standards,
in both the UK and USA, including AS9100 and QS 9000. IMSM is an
active member of the British Quality Foundation (BQF) and the European
Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) and was awarded with the
Committed to Excellence in Europe certificate for 2 years. IMSM
has a strong network in the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, Germany, France,
South Africa, Australia, Malaysia, Belgium and Holland serving its
customers worldwide.
IMSM has its German company seat - the IMSM GmbH - in Germany since
2001 in Frankfurt/ Main and has since then helped over 400 German
businesses and organisations to achieve and maintain standards.
For many, achieving the ISO standard is a requirement for doing
business, as well as a means to enhance its reputation.
With offices in Frankfurt, IMSM's business managers are located
strategically around the country, in Berlin, Hamburg, Duesseldorf,
Frankfurt, Freiburg, Muenchen and Wuerzburg.

IMSM has a German team of dedicated professionals, Business Managers and Lead-Assessors (IRCA/ICA) to help clients achieve their business objectives. Led by Commercial Manager Birgit Nicole Harder, they have helped more than 600 German companies to achieve ISO standards.

Werner Rauschenbach has been Team Manager for Western Germany since 2003 and leads a team in the Nordrhein-Westfalen area. Werner understands the benefits of efficient quality management due to his long years as a quality assurance manager for large organisations in Germany. |

Hans Draeger
Hans Draeger has worked for IMSM for 8 years now as a lead auditor for the standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. He also helps clients with the standards ISO 13485, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 22000. Resident in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hans services clients all over Germany and in other German-speaking countries. Herr Draeger helps them to realise the benefits of ISO standards and supports them actively ithroughout the process. |

Herbert Baumann
Herbert Baumann, Team Manager for Southern Germany, joined IMSM 8 years ago and manages a team in Baden-Württemberg and Südhessen. Herbert is particularly experienced in the areas of quality, environment and information security. |

Team Manager south Harald Martin
Harald Martin has been Team Manager for southern Baden-Württemberg and Switzerland since 2002. He is experienced in ISO certification, and was self-employed for many years in the areas of quality and metrology. He has also enjoyed spells working for companies in quality assurance. |
