Dear Sir or Madam:
Fakouri Electrical Engheering, Inc. (FEE) would like to thank
you for allowing us to hold another year with the ISO 9001:2000
certificate. We have successfully held the certificate since
November 2004 which is proof that the ISO process is a perfect
fit for us. From our Executive team to administrative and
field service, everyone has welcomed the ISO concept over
the years and played a significant role in its success. Ultimately,
many of the customer relationships are formed with the administrative
and field service staff. Due to the nature of our business
being a national service provider, it is imperative that FEE
has a system in place where we can measure the quality of
our service. With that we have been able to make many benchmarks
in productivity and efficiency which in turn has increased
out customer satisfaction tremendously.
FEE has been able to improve our processes
dramatically due to the efforts of IMSM, in particular Jenny
Penlington. She has shown us how to incorporate ISO in the
day to day events. Jenny has guided FEE through many improvement
changes. It is a great relief to know that we are able to
ask questions throughout the year and receive great feedback.
IMSM's willingness to support our efforts to continue the
quality assurance program has empowered us even more to move
towards improvement and grow as a National company.
