IMSM
France SARL adds value to French businesses and organisations
through quality (ISO9000) and environmental (ISO14000) management
systems. Operating in France since 1997, the company has helped
hundreds of French companies to achieve and maintain the standards.
For many, achieving the ISO standard is a requirement for doing
business, as well as a means to enhance its reputation.
With offices in Roissy, IMSM's business managers are located strategically
around the country, in Strasbourg, Lille, Bordeaux, St. Etienne,
Marseille, Lyon, Nantes, Rennes, Chartres and the Paris area.
Industry sectors
IMSM France SARL works with small and medium sized companies,
in a variety of sectors, particularly vehicle repair, engineering,
chemicals, plastics, recycling, transport and logistics. Currently,
several members of the BASF Glasurit Colour Motion Network, who
specialise in paint coatings for vehicles, are implementing ISO9000
through IMSM France SARL.
Like many other parts of Europe, companies in France need to differentiate
themselves from their competitors by working more efficiently and
having a competitive edge. Achieving the ISO standard shows that
they have examined their systems and processes, improved and documented
them. Furthermore, it demonstrates that they are monitoring the
way their businesses work to ensure continuous improvement, and
increased customer satisfaction and retention.
The people
The French team is led by Nadia El Bahraoui based in the Head Office
in the UK. Malika Munro is in charge of telemarketing. They are
supported by an Area Manager, Michel Prémilat, who is based in Paris,
along with a French team of fully qualified (IRCA/ICA) Assessors.
Together they ensure clients are kept informed of every step of
the process. IMSM France promotes the ISO standard in small and
medium size French businesses.
