International management systems and standards experts, IMSM, have agreed to return to the specialist Subcon exhibition scheduled for June, 2010, following the company’s sixth successive year in attendance.
“This show is based on quality, and get stronger every year. The visitors are there to do business, and are increasingly recognizing the value of achieving international standards. As well as ISO 9001, the quality management standard, there was a lot of interest this year in health and safety, BS OHSAS 18001, as well as the environmental standard, ISO14001” explained IMSM’s Richard Beacham.
“In the current very competitive business climate, being able to demonstrate that the business has internationally recognized and externally audited management systems in place to ensure quality, health and safety, and a responsible environmental policy, has never been so critical. We met a number of strategically minded businesses who are determined to differentiate themselves from their competitors, and look forward to working with them over the next few months.” |
