Technical Marketing Executive

Daily management and development of company websites and online footprint. Focusing on PPC, SEO Management and Tag manager etc development. Provide support to Marketing Manager and team to deliver marketing activities and projects that will benefit the business, delivering increased profitability. Support Area Managers to ensure that they can fulfil their duties in the field.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Daily management and updating of IMSM & QAS websites.
  • Support PPC campaigns, production of regular PPC/website analytics reports.
  • Utilise the hardware and software available to create and manage on line footprint.
  • Liaise between IMSM and various technical (on line) suppliers.
  • Support the development of Social Media and Digital marketing to increase IMSM’s digital presence.
  • Support Hubspot assimilation in to IMSM
  • Provide second line IT support to Area Managers/company.
  • Support the formulating of online plan/proposal/campaigns
  • Working closely with colleagues in all departments and offices to assist in the delivery of a first class service to clients.
  • General office administration as required.
  • Provide technical marketing training to the marketing team on occasion.
  • Support the Marketing Coordinator with the company intranet.

Hours : 35 hours per week 09.00am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday (Wiltshire)

Marketing Assistant

A great opportunity for the right person with a confident and persuasive manner, able to win support and co-operation from prospects and colleagues. The role is a developmental position within the company, and seen as a first step into business. The Marketing Assistant will be expected to learn and understand all aspects of the business pertaining to ISO’s and our product portfolio and the value they bring to our clients. The role requires multi-tasking and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.  There is an expectation within the role that the individual will take responsibility for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement, growing personally and professionally as part of a dynamic business to help achieve our company goals.

Key Tasks

  • Manage marketing online lead opportunities  – track and chase the sales outcome to improve sales conversion rate
  • Liaise and support Area Managers with online lead prospecting –  track and chase to sales ready outcome
  • Manage competitor analysis
  • Support various marketing campaigns
  • Help with internal and external marketing event organisation
  • Exhibitions –encompassing all aspects to include but not limited to: research international exhibition program, logistic arrangements- venue, people and project management, prepare marketing collateral, design direct marketing mail pieces
  • Area Manager admin support to Dave Werner and Scott Mersch. Dealing promptly and professionally with all prospect/client emails and/or telephone calls
  • Be customer service friendly while always focusing on selling and cross-selling
  • Comfortable using phone calls and/or emails to take opportunities to upsell to customers
  • Follow policies and procedures to undertake required marketing prospecting programs
  • Perform daily online prospecting/lead generation updates across the company
  • Contribute to the work of the team as required, including data entry and checking, producing reports and presentations etc.
  • Website client portal – retention, on a daily basis, you will be required to communicate directly with users of the site via email and phone. You will interact with clients to provide and process information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests about our services. You will also be responsible for helping to maintain the site through administrative tasks.
  • To provide information and advice to other departments.
  • Produce regular client survey’s in line with company requirements.

Lead Auditor – London

Self employed, experienced Lead Auditors required for freelance duties nationally/London. Applicants must be trained and qualified to deal with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001. Other standards such as AS9100 and ISO13485 would be an added benefit.
Applicants must have access to a computer and car. And have excellent written English skills.
